Mea88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

To register and use the mea88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Residents or individuals based in Malaysia who access the platform from within Malaysia.
• Never previously been banned or self-excluded from the mea88 platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) mea88 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held within them. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. mea88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Mea88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX). The minimum deposit is RM 20 and is typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 each transaction.
• The withdrawal method you use must match or correspond to your deposit method.
• Mea88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding certain limits.

• Each member is entitled to only one (1) Welcome Bonus. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple account registrations constitutes fraud.

• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe set by mea88, the relevant bet may be voided or settled in accordance with the rules of the sport and competition concerned.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, or in the case of Live Casino, by supervised human dealers. mea88 does not manipulate game results.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the mea88 platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Mea88 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, honest, and lawful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mea88 platform:

• Fraud and Forgery: Providing false information during registration, using another person's identity, or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Hacking & Technical Manipulation: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to mea88's systems or to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Money Laundering: Using the mea88 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, false information, or specific strategies to exploit mea88's bonus programmes.
• Service Disruption: Any action intended to disrupt, overload, or damage mea88's technical infrastructure.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your mea88 account or managing an account on someone else's behalf.
• Criminal Activity: Using the mea88 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.

Mea88 operates a continuous monitoring system to detect suspicious behaviour. Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

• At the request of relevant authorities or as required by law.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

If your account is suspended for legitimate reasons such as fraud or bonus abuse, mea88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses or winnings held in that account. In cases where the suspension is purely for investigation purposes, deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned if the investigation finds no material breach.
